Kaitlyn was born and raised in Northern Berkshire County. She currently resides in Adams with her husband, son, and two cats. Kaitlyn graduated from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2015. In 2020, she graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with her master’s degree in psychology with a concentration in industrial and organizational psychology. Beginning her work in the human service field in 2012, she has held various titles within the field; supervisor, case manager and most recently, Co-Director. She also has over 10 years’ experience in customer service. In 2020, Kaitlyn's plan was to make a career change into the human resource field. "I enjoy working with employees/people to assist them with any questions, comments or concerns they have. With my experience, I believe I will be a great addition to the Country Club! I am excited to pursue my new role here as HR and Membership Manager. I look forward to meeting and getting to know everyone involved here at the Club!"
